Current-generation AI racks are 140kW-360kW per rack. In 2028, next-generation AI racks are projected to hit 600kW-1MW per rack, far outpacing what local utilities can deliver. MG4AI solves this constraint with localized, grid-independent power using low-emission natural gas microgrids, enabling rapid deployment of AI clusters without waiting years for traditional utility upgrades.
MG4AI offers coordinated equipment solutions that may include on-site generators, Battery Energy Storage Systems, absorption chillers, dry coolers, controls, and supporting power and cooling equipment. Each equipment package is configured around the customer’s compute load, site conditions, resiliency objectives, and deployment plan.

MG4AI also supports emerging 800 VDC AI infrastructure. Customers starting with conventional 480 VAC power can incorporate a 480 VAC-to-800 VDC adapter solution, while projects designed for native 800 VDC can evaluate a more direct power architecture. The appropriate approach depends on the selected generation, BESS, compute platform, and facility design.
MG4AI’s equipment solutions are designed for modular scalability. Customers can add generation, energy storage, chilling, heat-rejection, and power-conversion capacity as their compute requirements grow and additional data halls or compute pods are brought online.
MG4AI provides technical advisory services related to equipment sizing, preliminary power-block planning, balance-of-plant requirements, and the interfaces connecting power and cooling equipment to compute pods or data halls. Final engineering, construction, permitting, commissioning, and project management remain the responsibility of the customer and the qualified organizations it retains.
MG4AI can also assist customers by identifying potential engineering and construction resources, explaining natural-gas demand and delivery considerations, introducing potential gas suppliers or pipeline contacts, and providing general guidance regarding land and site requirements. The customer is responsible for selecting and managing these parties and securing all required property, fuel, transportation, utility, and construction agreements.
With MG4AI, customers gain access to a focused source for the power and cooling equipment needed to support AI infrastructure, together with practical technical guidance for incorporating that equipment into a broader data center project.
MG4AI is an equipment provider and technical advisor. We do not develop, finance, design, construct, manage, own, or operate customer data centers. The customer retains responsibility for the overall project, including land, engineering, permitting, natural-gas supply, pipeline infrastructure, contractor management, construction, commissioning, and operations.
